Young boy killed in house fire

GUTHRIE, Okla. (AP) – Guthrie firefighters say a 15-year-old boy has been killed in a house fire. Fire Chief Eric Harlow told reporters the boy died in the fire that was reported shortly after 12:30 a.m. yesterday. Harlow says the boy’s younger brother and his mother were able to escape. No names have been released.
