YMCA Fostering Hope for fifth season

It is that time of year again. This is the Ponca City Aquatic and Family Center-YMCA’s fifth year of Fostering Hope in our community. Our YMCA family of members’ holiday generosity truly impacts lives for the better.
The YMCA promotes the potential of children and teens (Youth Development) to improve health and well-being (Healthy Living) and motivate people to support their neighbors and our community (Social Responsibility).
We invite you to join our cause by fulfilling a Christmas wish of a child on our Fostering Hope Christmas tree. Pick a tag off our tree and return your new unwrapped gifts with the tag to the YMCA by Friday Dec. 16th
Upcoming Programs for you and your family.
Dec. 1 – 6:30 p.m. : Healthy Living Series with Kat Long. Oats, Nuts and Seeds…OH MY! Free to Members – $10 for Guests.
Dec. 8- 6:30 p.m. : Healthy Living Series with Kat Long. YUMMY DESSERTS – NO GUILT! Free to Members – $10 for Guests.
Dec. 10 – YMCA Papa Murphy’s Day – Be sure and tell them you are representing the YMCA.
Dec. 14 – 11:30 a.m. – Healthy Living Series presents Dr. Mann – Cardiologist – will talk about Heart Disease Prevention and Heart Health. FREE – Everyone welcome.
Dec 15 – 6:30 p.m. : Healthy Living Series with Kat Long. BEYOND BREAD. Free to Members – $10 for Guests.
Dec. 22 – 23, 27 – 30 – Winter Break Camp
Register for Winter Break Camp by Dec. 21 at http://www.ymcaofponcacity.net/NoSchoolFunDays.html. There will be lots of fun activities for the kids while they are out for the holidays Dec. 22-23 and Dec. 27-30.

Registration for 4th- to 7th-grade Boys Basketball is due by Dec. 18. Registration is FREE to members. For non-members, the fee is $60. There is a $13 jersey fee if needed. Games begin Saturday, Jan. 21. Register at http://www.ymcaofponcacity.net/4TH-7THBASKETBALL.html
