YMCA board to meet Thursday

The Board of Directors of the YMCA of Ponca City will hold a special meeting at noon Thursday at 811 East Grand Ave.
The board’s agenda begins with a request for an executive session with the YMCA’s attorney for discussion of a pending investigation, claim or action.
Also on the agenda are discussion and action on financial reports, including possible action on closing specific bank accounts. The board will also discuss and may take action on remaining YMCA assets, transferring a copier lease, items relating to maintenance negotiations and garden use and partnerships.
