Work progressing on Highland Park Estates housing addition

Ponca City Now - July 13, 2016 2:17 pm

Permits have been issued for construction of 34 new single-family homes in Highland Park Estates, an area platted at the site of the former Airline Drive-In on West Highland Avenue, just west of Waverly Street.

The new street will be named Airline Drive and will serve homes with an estimated value of $100,000 each.

These homes will be partially funded through Federal grant money, with an eye to providing lower income housing opportunities.

The developer is Carland Group of Oklahoma City, and the general contractor is listed as Red Bud Contractors.
