WIND CHILL VALUES WILL DROP TO 5 DEGREES BELOW ZERO ACROSS NORTHWEST OKLAHOMA BY SATURDAY AFTERNOON… AND CONTINUE TO FALL ACROSS THE REST OF THE REGION THROUGH EARLY SUNDAY MORNING. MOST OF THE PRECIPITATION WILL END BEFORE MIDNIGHT SUNDAY. * IMPACTS… SLICK ROADS AND BLOWING SNOW WILL RESULT IN HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS.
