OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) – Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook made it through a full practice Wednesday for the first time since his most recent surgery. Westbrook has missed 27 games since having a procedure on Dec. 27 to deal with swelling in his injured right knee – the third operation on the knee in nine months. Coach Scott Brooks said Westbrook looked good in the practice and could return to game action Thursday at home against the Miami Heat.
