Walk N Wag Walk Tomorrow

Humans and canines are invited to the 3rd annual Walk N Wag event tomorrow.

It’s a 2K walk and begins at 8 a.m.

They ask you and your dog be at the Ponca City lake check stand at 7:40 to check-in.

Terri Sherbon, recreation superintendent said Ponca City parks and recreation host this event.

“It’s a fun event," Sherbon said. "The dogs seem to really enjoy walking with their owner. Its usual a nice day at the lake and hopefully we’ll have nice weather. If for some odd reason we have bad weather they need to listen to the radio station because we will cancel.”

All dogs must be on a leash and have current vaccinations with their tags.

It is $5 to participate.
