Update on McCord RWD#3 bottled water drive

Ponca City Now - June 7, 2019 11:34 am

As of 11:30 a.m. Friday, the Ponca City Lions Club donated an additional 75 cases of water for customers of McCord Rural Water District #3.

About 25 cases have been sent to Burbank. Customers in that area should contact the Burbank mayor if they need bottled water.

Despite the generosity of volunteers, supplies of bottled water in the Ponca City area is limited. At this time businesses on Prospect which carry bottled water are closed because of a water line break near Prospect and Fifth Street.

Work on the McCord water line continues.
