Union Elementary Donates to Blessings Box

Team Radio - December 15, 2023 9:27 am

The leaders of Union Elementary school in Ponca City organized a drive to bring in non-perishable food and hygiene items for the Sean Anderson Memorial Blessings Box.  The Leaders encouraged students to bring in items for 3 weeks. The items were presented to Sean Anderson’s daughter Amber Eakins and Team Radio owner Bill Coleman during an assembly Friday morning at Union School.

The Sean Anderson Blessings box is located in front of the Poncan Theater in downtown. It is free for the public to take items in need with no questions asked.

Donations can be made at the Team Radio studios during business hours Monday-Friday.

The blessings box was started and organized by the late Sean Anderson in 2021 to help those in need.
