Tulsa Police Department responded to a call at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 27, for an assault at a Sonic near East 81st Street and South Lewis Avenue.

Tulsa officers learned two suspects, later identified as Quantaurius Simmons and Andres “Bri” Brisco, arrived at the Sonic with two other people in a black Altima and ordered in the drive-thru.

The suspects ordered jalapeno poppers and a hot dog but the suspects instead received a hot dog with jalapenos on it.

The suspects became upset, Simmons had a disagreement with one of the employees, and the manager eventually stepped in.

Simmons attempted to enter the inside of the Sonic at one point, which is closed to the public, and the manager stopped him.

Simmons then dragged the manager outside, punched him numerous times, then body slammed him onto the ground and kept punching him some more.

Brisco, who was still upset over the wrong order, saw the fight happening and decided to take part. Brisco began punching in the direction of the fight, however, she ended up hitting the other suspect more than she hit the victim.

The manager was taken to an area hospital with several injuries.

Tulsa police later located Brisco and Simmons at the Red River Apartments near 71st and Riverside.

The two were arrested on the charges of aggravated assault and battery.
