Two dead in suspected murder-suicide in central Oklahoma

WARR ACRES, Okla. (AP) – Authorities say two people are dead in a suspected murder-suicide in central Oklahoma.

Police in the Oklahoma City suburb of Warr Acres say a man was found fatally shot at an apartment complex on Monday night. Police say later in the evening, a woman who was suspected in that shooting was found dead in the parking lot of the Bethany Fire Department, about 4 miles away from the apartment complex.

Police say the woman died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Agents with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation are investigating the shooting. Authorities have not yet said how the man and woman knew each other, nor have they released their identities.
