Ponca City Now - January 5, 2015 11:50 am

The contractor who will be replacing the Turkey Creek bridge on L.A. Cann Drive will set up detour signs on Tuesday and close the road about noon, according to Traffic Engineering Manager Mike Lane.

Development Services Director Chris Henderson said residents affected by the bridge closure will be directed to Prentice Road one mile east of Kygar Road. They will travel north, then cross the dam.

Henderson said construction on the bridge should take 100 construction days, depending on the weather.
