Tulsa woman dies in crash

A Tulsa woman died in a collision Tuesday morning north of Tulsa in Osage County.

Mary C. Cope, 64, was driving a 2003 Pontiac northbound on 52nd West Avenue when she departed the roadway to the left and struck a tree. Cope was pronounced dead at the scene from massive injuries.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said there were no passengers in the vehicle. The investigation is continuing.
