Tulsa teen stabbed

TULSA, Okla. (AP) – Tulsa police have arrested a 39-year-old man who they say stabbed a 14-year-old boy in the back with a knife.

The man was being held at the Tulsa County jail Tuesday morning. KTUL-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1qphg24 ) he was arrested Monday night.

Police say the teenager went to the suspect’s home to confront him before the boy was attacked. They say the boy was stabbed four times in the back and that his injuries aren’t believed to be life-threatening.

It’s unclear if the boy was hospitalized.

The man faces a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon. He is being held on $20,000 bond.
