Three men were injured in a roll-over accident Tuesday night on U.S. Highway 77 at Bronco Road, five miles south of Perry in Noble County, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports.

The accident occurred at 10:19 p.m. Tuesday.

A 2005 Toyota driven by Ovadyah Baruh Hawkins, 27, of Perry, was southbound on U.S. 77 and left the road to the left, the Patrol reported. The car collided with a fence and rolled 2 3/4 times.

Hawkins was transported by Perry EMS to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, where he was admitted in serious condition with trunk and head injuries.

Passengers Terry D. Glass, 28, and Justin M. Hoggatt, 27, both of Orlando, were taken to Stillwater Medical Center, where they were treated for minor injuries and released.

The Highway Patrol said Hawkins and Glass both were ejected from the vehicle. Investigators said the accident was caused by unsafe speed and reported the odor of alcohol on the driver.
