Thousands Had Their Student Loan Debt Wiped Away This Weekend

TULSA, Oklahoma – News 6

The first wave of student loan forgiveness wiped debt for thousands of public servants Saturday.

Approximately 30,000 people were notified of their debt relief.

The Education Department said those remaining will get their slate wiped clean in the coming weeks.
