Third and Grand sidewalk closed to remove Community Building canopy

Team Radio Marketing Group - October 12, 2017 2:47 pm

The sidewalk on the northwest corner of Third Street and Grand Avenue, in front of the Community Building, will be closed from Friday morning, Oct. 13, through Monday afternoon, Oct. 16, to allow for the removal of the canopy that is attached to the building.

There will be no pedestrian access allowed through the work area during this time.

The following week, a masonry crew will be working on the south side of the building, but provisions will be made for pedestrian access while that work is underway.  Pedestrians should exercise caution when walking near and through the construction area.

Questions may be directed to Mike Lane, Traffic Engineering Manager, at (580) 767-0327.
