The Wildcat Theatre Company will present “Alice in Winter Wonderland” by Janet Allard and Michael Bigelow Dixon, based on the beloved Lewis Carrol book in the Ponca City High School’s Howell Auditorium.

With a cast of more than 20 popular characters including the Mad Hatter, the March Hare and Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, children are sure to love this family show.

There will also be an extra Saturday matinee especially for the school age children. Coupons will be delivered to the elementary schools, by some of the characters from the show, which will allow a young student to get in free with an adult.

This fast paced, one-act play features all of the traditional characters — and a few non-traditional ones who are equally as funny and mad as all of Wonderland. The story focuses on being happy with the things you have instead of worrying about fulfilling unrealistic expectations, a lesson for all of us during this mad time of year.

Performance dates are December 8, 9 and 10. Friday evening performance is at 7:00 pm with two performances on Saturday at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Sunday’s performance is at 2:00 p.m.

This will be a special treat for everyone and sure to become a favorite family memory.
