Teen dies of accident injuries

One of two 16-year-old boys injured in an accident on North Avenue at U street west of Ponca City died of his injuries Sunday, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
The patrol reported the boy’s vehicle was northbound on U street, departed the roadway left and rolled twice.
He and his passenger were transported to Alliance Health Ponca City. The passenger is reported in stable condition.
Their names are not being released because of their ages.
