The 2019 Outstanding Achievement Awards for Oklahoma broadcasters have been judged, and the results are in.

For the second year in a row, Ponca City’s Team Radio’s online news site, PoncaCityNow.com, won the Achievement Award in the non-metro radio division.

In addition, Team Radio’s KPNC radio was recognized  for long form programming with Sean Anderson’s piece in May, “Panic Grips Ponca City Amid Historic Flooding.”

Another Team Radio partner, KOSB, received third place in commercial announcements with an advertisement,  “Hideaway Pizza: Vision Into the Future.”

Awards will be presented at the annual Awards Banquet on Friday, April 3, 2020, at the River Spirit Casino Resort in Tulsa.
