Liberty Fifth Grade Students Enjoy Special Book Project

Ponca City's Liberty 5th grade students in Peggy Renfro’s 5th grade class just finished a special project with a book they used as their read aloud called “Wish.”  Students made dioramas of their favorite parts of the book as well as several other activities.  

Wildcat Academy Students Learn Life Skills From Local Volunteer

The students at PCPS Wildcat Academy are learning life skills from local volunteer Sean Searle. He comes to the school every Thursday and teachings life skills to students. Sean says he volunteers his time to help the students deal with relationships, faith, money, careers, etc.

Kay County Students Honored By SWOSU

Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford recently honored 126 students for their academic achievements and service. Two of the students that were selected were Joseph Christopher Leven of Newkirk and Bron Briggs of Blackwell.
