Hugo Middle School teacher arrested for alleged abuse of special needs students

Hugo Middle School teacher has been arrested and accused of abusing students with special needs, according to the Choctaw County Sheriff's Office. Court records show Yolanda Dunbar is facing two counts of child abuse.
