Summer School Begins at Po-Hi

Summer school began Tuesday morning for incoming juniors and seniors attending Ponca City High School.

Krystina Muralt is the summer school administrator at Ponca City High School.

Anthony McCrary is helping seniors this summer. “Anthony is going to be helping our seniors recover credits they need so they can get caught up with their classes,” said Muralt.

Kwanza Jones is helping incoming juniors.

Po-Hi will hold summer school through June 24 on Mondays through Thursdays from 8 a.m. to noon. Students attending will also receive free meals as part of the Summer Food Service Program through Ponca City Public Schools.

“Students attending summer school at the high school will each receive a free lunch for the day and breakfast for the next morning,” said Muralt.
