Storms expected after 10 p.m. Monday

Ponca City Emergency Management Director Paula Cain says the start time for storms tonight has been pushed back to after 10 p.m., most likely between 11 p.m. and midnight, due to slow-moving front.

“Will your warning wake you up?”she asked.
