Stillwater Man Injured in Payne County Wreck

21-year-old Bailey Miller of Stillwater had to be taken by MediFlight to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City after an accident that occurred about 4 miles west of Perkins Wednesday morning.

The collision occurred on State Highway 33 and Sangre Road.

Miller was in a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado. He was admitted to the hospital in critical condition with head, arm, and leg injuries.

According to the OHP, Miller was travelling westbound on Highway 33 when his truck crossed the center line and collided with two semis that were travelling eastbound. After impacting both semis, Miller’s vehicle left the roadway and rolled and undetermined number of times. Neither of the truck drivers were injured in the accident.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
