Special School Board meeting set for noon Wednesday

The Ponca City School Board has called a special meeting for noon Wednesday, June 20, at the school Administration Building, 613 East Grand Avenue.

Board members will consider and take action on accepting sub-contractor bids for the Roosevelt School parking lot expansion.

Board members also will consider and take action on a motion approving the renewal of a sublease agreement dated March 1, 2016, between the district and Kay County Public Buildings Authority for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.

Board members also will consider and  take action on a State of Oklahoma application and agreement for United States Department of Agriculture Donated Food Program.

The board also will consider and  take action on an agreement with Oklahoma Drug and Alcohol Testing LLC for drug testing.

Tne final action will be considering and taking action on financial reports.
