Southbound I-35 narrows north of Blackwell through December

BLACKWELL — Southbound I-35 will be narrowed to one lane between the rest area at mile marker 226 and SH-11 (mile marker 222) at Blackwell starting at 8 a.m. Wednesday and continuing through December for bridge work over Doe Creek in Kay County.

The speed limit will be reduced in the work zone and motorists are advised to plan for delays and use caution in the area.
