Sidewalk reconstruction underway

A sidewalk on the east side of the 100 block of South First Street is being reconstructed.
Workmen are rebuilding part of the north half of the block in order to include a ramp at the alley to make the sidewalk accessible according to Americans with Disabilities Act requirements.
