‘Sidewalk Astronomy’ event at RecPlex at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4

The next “Sidewalk Astronomy” event will be Friday, Oct. 4, at the Ponca City RecPlex, starting at 7 p.m.
The sun is going down earlier, so we can start earlier. Next month we will be on Daylight Savings time and the sun will be down earlier yet, so we can start really early.
Club leader Richard Jones is hoping for good weather, as he has invited the Mayor as well as the City Commissioners.
Everyone is invited, whether they have a telescope or not.
