Seniors deliver 200 handmade caps to Union students

The Ponca City Senior Center’s “Row at a Time” group delivered more than 200 handmade stocking caps to students at Union Elementary School.

Students were very excited to be able to pick out a special hat made for them.  Union Elementary is grateful for these wonderful ladies!
