Senior Diner menu for Aug. 20-23

The Ponca City Senior Center offers noon meals on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Meals range in
cost from $2 to $4 for area seniors. Reservations are required the day prior to the meal.

The goal of the Senior Diner is to provide affordable nutritious meals, as well increase fellowship and program participation at the Senior Center.

Daily menus include a wide variety of choices. For example, a “Brunch for Lunch” will be offered on
Wednesdays and the meal will cost $2 per person. Friday meals will continue to be prepared by
Alliance Health and will cost $4 per person. Those with household income below the SNAP guidelines may apply for reduced meals cost.

FRIDAY, AUG. 23: $4, Alliance Health Meals – Pot Roast
