Mike Seals - December 17, 2020 11:14 am

Santa Claus gave us the ninth clue in the “Santa’s Stash” contest this morning on both KLOR (99.3 FM) and KPNC (100.7 FM). It was:

IT’S ON MY PERSON, ONE OF TWO I HAVE, BUT THIS ONE IS FACING SOUTHWEST

Previous clues are:

I AM NOT THE CLOCK TOWER AT CITY HALL

YOU CAN FIND ME AROUND TOWN A COUPLE OF PLACES

GLAD I WASN’T AROUND FOR 2020

SOMETIMES IT’S NOT SO BAD BEING TENTH

I SURE DO LOVE WATCHING PARADES

JUST SITTING AROUND HERE WAITING FOR ANOTHER FIRE TRUCK TO LEAVE

THERE ARE LOTS OF LETTERS ON MY BASE

YES, THERE ARE LOTS OF LETTERS ON MY BASE BUT I NEVER SAID THAT’S WHERE I AM, AND I AM NOT A LETTER, JUST SOME GOOD OLE 2020 MESSING WITH YA

The winner of this contest will receive $1,500 in Santa Bucks that can be used just like cash at any of our participating sponsors, which include:

Liles & Company

Brandt’s Ace Hardware

Honey Bee Boutique

IQ Car Wash (Blackwell and Ponca City)

McGee Jewelers

360 Turf and Outdoor Equipment

Brown Tag Agency in Blackwell

Napoli’s Italian Restaurant

Spray’s Jewelry and Gifts

Mandy’s Café in Shidler

Ponca Auto World

Listen to either KLOR or KPNC tomorrow between 8 and 9 a.m. for the final clue to Santa’s Stash location.

Once the clue is given, a numbered caller will be chosen, for instance, the 5th caller, or the 7th caller, and they will have the opportunity to guess the exact, precise location.

We will continue to take callers tomorrow until we have a winner!
