Residents Warned of Scam Calls in Kay County

? Scam Alert ?– Kay County
The Kay County Public Safety Association  says  people have called to report that someone called them about donating money to support fire department(s) in Kay County from a 667 area code this past weekend.

This is false, the fire departments in Kay County will not call you to ask for donations of money.

If donations are requested, you could receive by mail a notice of annual meetings or fundraisers.

If you receive a call like this please report it to the Kay County Sheriff’s office (580) 362-3250.
