From KOCO-5:

A Ponca City woman accused in a murder-for-hire plot will be moved to house arrest, KOCO 5 learned Tuesday.

Danielle Dana Layman was arrested after FBI officials said she tried to hire someone to kill a taxi driver in Israel using ricin, according to court documents.

The United States and her defense team agreed to move her to house arrest, partly because she is 18 weeks pregnant and has no previous criminal history. Her preliminary hearing was waived.

We will update this story as information becomes available.
