Remains found in Kaw City positively identified as Quinten Rouch

Kay County Sheriff Steve Kelley confirmed Monday afternoon that the skeletal remains found in Kaw City have been positively identified as those of Quinten Rouch.

The bones were found April 12 in a heavily wooded area in Kaw City.

Kelley said the identification was made through dental records by the Oklahoma Medical Examiner’s Office.

He said the Medical Examiner is continuing an investingation into the time of death and cause.

Rouch, 20, missing from Arkansas City, Kansas, since May 2018, was last seen in Ponca City in June 2018  near a business in the 2200 block of North 14th Street.
