Stillwater police have announced the arrest of a current Oklahoma State football player. Trey Alan Rucker has been charged with assaulting a Stillwater Police Officer during a traffic shop in June. Rucker, a recent transfer from Wake Forest has also been charged with in Payne County Court DUI, failure to give information at the scene of an accident, operating a vehicle with a suspended license and resisting arrest.
No statement on the issue has yet to be released by OSU.
A report by Patti Weaver at KUSH Radio says police were initially responding to the report of a hit and run, and that Rucker’s car had damaged two other vehicles.
