RecPlex ribbon cutting held

The Ponca City Area Chamber of Commerce recently held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the Ponca City RecPlex. Cutting the ribbon is Mayor Homer Nicholson, along with City Commissioners Paul Taylor, Shasta Scott, Lanita Chapman and Ryan Austin. Holding the ribbon are Craig Stephenson and Eric Newell. The renovations that have taken place so far are amazing. Go by and check it out.
