Reception to honor retiring city attorney

The public is invited to attend a retirement reception honoring City Attorney Kevin Murphy at 5 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 22 in the Commission Chamber of City Hall, located at 516 E. Grand Avenue.
Murphy has served as the City of Ponca City’s Attorney since 1981.
In appreciation for his many years of service, a special medallion presentation will be held during the 5:30 p.m. City Commission meeting immediately following the reception.
