RCB Bank Holding Company to acquire Central Bank and Trust of Kansas

RCB Bank Holding Company, with assets of $2.8 billion, will acquire Central Bank and Trust Co. of Kansas. Central Bank and Trust has assets of $323 million, according to Mortgage News Daily, a banking newsletter.

Central Bank and Trust Co. has four locations in Hutchinson, Kansas, and two in Wichita.

Pending regulatory approval, the sale is expected to be finalized in the second quarter of 2018.

With the addition of Central Bank and Trust, RCB Holding Company’s two banks will expand to 58 locations across Oklahoma and Kansas, and $3.1 billion in assets.

Locations in Ponca City include Ponca City Trust at 122 East Grand Avenue, Ponca City Downtown at 212 North Second Street, Ponca City Drive-Thru at 2 Lake Road; Ponca City Main at 1223 East Highland Avenue, and Ponca City North at 2901 North 14th Street.

The Ponca City Downtown branch recently completed a $200,000 interior remodel.
