Ramsay’s Kitchen Set to Open in Oklahoma City’s Entertainment District on Thursday

OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — The wait is almost over for the highly anticipated restaurant that will make its grand opening this week in Oklahoma City.

Ramsay’s Kitchen, the casually refined restaurant inspired by the Michelin-starred chef and television personality Gordon Ramsay and his global travels, will open on Thursday.

The restaurant is located at located at 1336 W. Memorial Road. Ramsay’s Kitchen sits within Oklahoma City’s premier entertainment district at Chisholm Creek.

Gordon Ramsay says, “I couldn’t be more excited to bring Ramsay’s Kitchen to the vibrant community of Oklahoma City and share some of my most well-known dishes, alongside spins on local favorites that we’ve created. I’m thrilled to open our doors and welcome guests in a city whose culinary scene is thriving.”

The restaurant’s menu features globally-inspired dishes––such as Sticky Chicken Wings with Korean BBQ glaze, sesame, scallion, and cilantro, Shrimp Scampi with lemon garlic butter, chili flakes, white wine, and grilled baguette, British Ale and Onion Soup with caramelized onions, Welsh rarebit, smoked cheddar, and crostini, and Chicken Milanese with Dijon cream sauce, prosciutto, Gruyère, arugula, and grain mustard vinaigrette––alongside some of Ramsay’s signature classics such as Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding. Additionally, guests can find dishes created just for Oklahoma City, including the Scotch Egg with Berkshire pork sausage, shaved Brussels sprouts and apple salad, and grain mustard vinaigrette.

Not only will they be turning up the heat with food, but they will also offer a selection of inventive specialty cocktails, including Spiced Pear with Absolut Pears vodka, canton ginger liqueur, pear purée, and honey syrup, as well as Lost in Translation with Suntory Toki whisky, calvados, honey syrup, passion fruit, pineapple, and lemon juice. A selection of mocktails, wine, and beer are also available, including a selection of local brews on tap.

It will indeed be a vibe as Ramsay’s Kitchen spans 7,000 square feet with a refined design that is both warm and welcoming, utilizing natural oak, a blend of classic and modern materials, with subtle touches of Britannia, inclusive of the abstract nature of the union jack and tones of blue and red.

No worries about finding a seat at the bar because 20 seats are available.

There will also be a dramatic wine wall, a 158-seat main dining room, an open kitchen pass, private and semi-private dining rooms, and a scenic patio area that overlooks the lake with seating for 75.

Private dining is available for a party of 12 at the “Ramsay’s Table.” It features an opulent wall covering and custom cabinetry to provide an intimate dining area and is set just off the front entrance.
