Quakes shake northern Oklahoma

Two earthquakes shook northern Oklahoma Tuesday morning.

The first was at 4:23 a.m. 21 miles northwest of Fairview, Okla. It registered 3.2 on the Richter scale.

The second was a magnitude 3.8, recorded about 12.5 miles west of Perry at 8:57 a.m.
