Public hearing set for weatherization assistance plan

The Oklahoma Department of Commerce will hold a public hearing at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, to receive comments on revisions to the U.S. Department of Energy’s 2017 Weatherization Assistance Program State Plan.

The hearing is sponsored by Commerce’s Community Development Division and will be held in Conference Room B at the Weatherization Training Center, located at the offices of the Oklahoma Association of Community Action Agencies, 605 Centennial Blvd., in Edmond.

Copies of the draft 2017 WAP State Plan will be made available upon request, and comments will be accepted on the State Plan up to the conclusion of the public hearing, Feb. 15.
