Prince of Peace Lutheran Church holding benefit Fat Tuesday Pancake Supper

A Fat Tuesday Pancake Supper and Silent Auction will be held from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Feb. 25 at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 2600 Turner Road in Ponca City.
Cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children 5 to 10 years old, and under 5 admitted free. Carry-outs are available.

The event is a fundraiser for Erika Knight’s family and medical expenses.
Erika Knight was born in Ponca City and married her high school sweetheart, Brandon Knight, also of Ponca City, 17 years ago. Their home is in Mustang, Oklahoma.
Erika, 37, was diagnosed five years ago with stage 3 breast cancer. The cancer spread aggressively, despite daily treatments for the past five years, and on Feb. 1 she finished her battle against the disease and entered heaven.
