The City of Ponca City will observe Thursday, Nov. 26, and Friday, Nov. 27, as City Holidays:

  • Residential Refuse WILL NOT BE PICKED UP on Thursday, Nov. 26, or Friday, Nov. 27, and will RESUME Monday, Nov. 30. Contact David Horinek, Solid Waste Superintendent, at 767-0411.
  • The Recycling Center will be CLOSED on Thursday, Nov. 26, and Friday, Nov. 27, and will REOPEN on Saturday, Nov. 28. Contact David Horinek, Solid Waste Superintendent, at 767-0411.
  • The Landfill will be CLOSED on Thursday, Nov. 26, and Friday, Nov. 27, and will REOPEN on Saturday, Nov. 28. Contact David Horinek, Solid Waste Superintendent, at 767-0411.
  • The Library will CLOSE at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 25, and REOPEN at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 29. Contact Holly LaBossiere, Library Director, at 767-0345.
