Ponca City Virtual Academy Spring Enrollment

The Ponca City Public Schools is preparing for the spring semester enrollment for the Ponca City Virtual Academy.

The application can be found in PowerSchool under forms. Parents will need their parent portal password and user name. Once the application has been submitted, Ms. Tamez or Mrs. Streeter will call to schedule an interview. Please ensure the phone number in PowerSchool is current and in working order. All students considered for enrollment in the PCVA will be required to participate in an interview in order to be admitted. If students were unsuccessful in PCVA in prior years due to absences or poor work habits, the application will not be considered. Also, if a student was dismissed from the PCVA in the past due to failing probation, the application will not be considered.

In order to participate in PCVA, families will need to have access to the internet.

Since students will be earning credits and completing coursework based on a semester pacing guide, the final deadline for the spring semester applications is January 24, 2025.
