OF A MILE WEST OF CR220. (1 NORTH AND 4.9 EAST OF RED ROCK) IN NOBLE
COUNTY.

VEHICLE 1: 1992 FORD RANGER PICKUP DRIVEN BY BRETT KINCANNON, WHITE MALE
AGE: 18. ADDRESS: RED ROCK,OK. NOT INJURED.

PASSENGER 1: DACOTA ROBERSON, WHITE MALE AGE: 16. ADDRESS: PONCA CITY,
OK. TRANSPORTED BY EAGLE-MED TO OU MEDICAL CENTER IN OKLAHOMA CITY AND WAS
ADMITTED IN STABLE CONDITION WITH TRUNK INTERNAL AND LEG INJURIES.

WHAT HAPPENED: VEHICLE 1 WAS WEST BOUND ON WINDMILL AND PASSENGER 1 WAS
IN THE BED OF THE PICKUP. VEHICLE 1 STARTED TO FISHTAIL, AND DRIVER LOST
CONTROL. VEHICLE 1 RAN OFF ROADWAY LEFT ROLLING 3/4 OF A TIME EJECTING
PASSENGER FROM BED OF VEHICLE. PASSENGER 1 CAME TO REST UNDER THE BED OF
PICKUP.
