Ponca City Police searching for stabbing suspect

Police are searching for 32 year old Hussan Mohammad Bey. He is the suspect in last night's stabbing of Juan J. Perez, age 25.

The assault was reported at approximately 8:12m Friday to Ponca City's 911 Communications Center. Police and Ambulance personnel responded to a residence in the 600 block of West Oklahoma Avenue. Perez was transported by ambulance to Ponca City Alliance Medical Center. Perez was transported to OU Medical Center by air ambulance where he remains in critical condition after undergoing surgery early this morning. He suffered injuries to his neck and chest.

It was learned through the investigation that the stabbing took place at a nearby home located in the 300 block of South Palm. The scene was secured by investigators, but has since been released.

Bey is wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
