Ponca City Police Department Hoping Public Can Identify Suspect

The Ponca City Police Department is requesting your help in identifying a male that came entered Ponca City Discount Foods and performed a short-change scam at the register. The suspect paid for an inexpensive item with a large bill, forcing the cashier to hand back a large amount of change. He then uses sleight of hand to pocket some of the cash, making it appear as if he’s been short-changed. In this specific case, he was able to get away with $300.00 in cash.
