Ponca City Police Department Asking For Help Locating Person of Interest in Recent Homicide

The Ponca City Police Department is asking the public for assistance in locating 15 year old Anthony B. LeClaire.  LeClaire is a person of interest in a recent Homicide investigation.

LeClaire is also facing multiple felony charges to include Felony Escape from Custody.
