Ponca City Police Department Asking for Help Identifying Suspects

Ponca City Now - February 5, 2024 10:57 am

The Ponca City Police Department needs your help identifying two suspects involved in a theft at Walmart.
A local woman utilized the self-checkout lane at Walmart and requested cash back when she finished her transaction. As she loaded her items in her shopping cart, she forgot to remove her cash from the cash dispenser at the machine.
Within a few seconds, a male and female approached the same self-checkout station.
The female suspect can be seen holding an item over the cash dispenser to conceal the view of where the previous woman left her cash from cameras. Once the item is removed, the cash is gone and the two suspects appear to use that cash to pay for their items.
If you recognize either of these individuals, please contact the Ponca City Police Department or Crime Stoppers at 580.762.5100. You can remain anonymous and you may be eligible for a reward.
